when we trust...

“Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? And which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his span of life? ...          Matthew 6:25-34
This... what He quietly reminded me of today. Sometimes it is scary as we venture out into the uncertain territory. We trust Him. I trust who He made us to be. I trust His provision. I know he loves this sweet family of mine. :)

new days...

Visit Small Things for a chance to win a beautiful hand knit  cowl.  The reason for the raffle is even better!

It has been a crazy long time since I've written. Life is good :) Why - because of Jesus :)   Nothing too huge or drastic. I have gone back to school and I absolutely love it. I don't think I've read this much in 20 years; yes, sad I know! The best thing about it- I'm learning everything from a Biblical perspective. LOVE!

Trying to balance school, homeschooling, tutoring for our Classical Conversations group (amazing as well!)  and everything else-whoa...  God is good.  He is my strength and He has blessed me with an amazing  husband and children. I couldn't do this without their support. I am learning so many things I've  never known. Some of the many wonderful ways school is blessing me:  my teaching skills, time management, critical thinking (apparently I missed this lesson growing up ), and learning about my Father, Savior, and His precious Word and how to share my faith - absolutely amazing and humbling.

Off to study. God bless you!

For the love of Christ controls us, because we have concluded this: that one has died for all, therefore all have died; and he died for all, that those who live might no longer live for themselves but for him who for their sake died and was raised. 2 Corinthians 5:14-15 ESV
